Abstract

Today’s digital enterprise is being transformed by the combined forces of hyperautomation, agentic artificial intelligence (AI), and cloud-centric ecosystems. Hyperautomation harnesses intelligent workflows, robotic process automation (RPA), and autonomous Agentic AI to streamline business processes, boost decision-making, and foster large-scale innovation. Yet, this rapid evolution also brings about significant challenges—such as reduced transparency in operations, new ethical dilemmas, and heightened vulnerabilities within distributed systems.

As organizations implement AI solutions capable of making independent decisions and managing complex workloads, the security landscape shifts, resulting in broader attack surfaces and increased risk exposure. To counter these new threats, enterprises are adopting the Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) framework.
